Collecting from a Store

Lead time from our Warehouse to the selected store is dependent on stock

availability and store location. Please ask our store consultant to advise on lead time.

The store will arrange and confirm the collection with the customer. The customer or

person collecting the product must produce the original invoice in order for Medallion

Interiors to release the product. The person producing the original invoice shall be

deemed to be the duly authorized agent of the customer. Unless indicated to the

contrary on the collection note it is deemed that the product has been collected and

received in good condition and, where appropriate in accordance with the customer’s

specifications.

Payment Methods

Medallion Interiors is a South African based company and hence, items are sold in

South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.

 

All major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT payments, are accepted. In the case

of EFT payments, proof of payment must be forwarded to the relevant store or

company email address. Please allow 3 business days for the receipt of EFT funds

to be confirmed. Goods will only be released for collection or delivery once the

receipt of funds has been confirmed.

We also offer lay-byes up to 3 months interest-free. Payment for products collected

from the store must be made in full before the product leaves the store. The product

remains the property of Medallion Interiors until payment is received in full.

Offline Payments

Conditions of Cleaning and Repair

Delicate care is taken with all goods entrusted to us.

 

Only the best and most advanced cleaning and repair processes and methods are used. However, all goods are received at the customer’s risk as certain defects in material become noticeable only during the cleaning or repair process.

 

We do not accept liability for loss or damage by fire, theft, burglary, hijacking, stretching, shrinking, non-removal of stains, fading, colour-running, fraying, disintegration, insect-damage or any other loss or damage not mentioned herein. As all goods are accepted on the basis of them being used and of second-hand value, in the unlikely event of liability, compensation shall not exceed two times the charge of cleaning and repair. All goods unclaimed after one month will be sold to defray expenses. No complaints will be considered or entertained after 48 hours of delivery of goods.
